The Training Fix Lifestyle

Our one on one training environment allows for complete privacy and focus for each individual. Each new client will go through a postural and movement screening before starting a program. Assessments are necessary to address each client’s particular needs. Following assessments, personalized programs focusing on strength and nutrition will then be created and implemented into ones current lifestyle.

The Training Fix Philosophy

You have to focus on the inside of the body before you work on the outside. Everyone is so concerned with their exterior appearance, but if you’re shut down on the inside you will not see the results you are striving for. When organs are inflamed from poor health, muscles overlapping them shut down. Therefore, it does not matter how hard you hit the gym. If you’re inflamed on the inside you will have poor muscle function and simply will not see desired results. This is why I insist on incorporating nutrition programs with all my clients.

I am extremely passionate about my career. I believe it is my responsibility to educate clients on how to properly function and fuel their bodies. Being healthy is hard work and time consuming, but it is so rewarding. Health creates self confidence, decreases stress, improves love and friendships, and helps rebuild ones self. I can’t think of a more rewarding job.
