I was destined to be in the health and fitness field. Searching for a way to heal my own chronic back pain since I was 13 years old, it only makes sense that I would now spend my days helping others heal their pain. I have met with some of the top surgeons in Boston, worked with some great physical therapists, master practitioners who focus on posture and chronic pain, holistic nutritionists, and from them all I have developed my own niche in the fitness industry.
My passion is cultivating symmetry and balance in the body. Correcting posture and improving movement patterns. Creating a stable and solid foundation gives us the freedom to focus on Strength. A clean diet is non negotiable if you want to look and feel your best. I currently hold the level 3 certification from Perfect Postures, the level 2 nutrition and lifestyle coaching as well as Chek Practitioner level 1 from the Chek Institute, FMS level 1 certified, and I am a level 1 certified metabolic typing advisor. I have no intentions to ever get comfortable with my certifications because it is continuing education that will continue to help me grow and improve my skills.
There is no doubt in my mind that eating whole foods, improving posture, exercising often, and resting often, are the key ingredients to living a life filled with Vitality ! What else can we ask for? I feel beyond blessed to be able to go to work every day, do what I love, and help each client leave our studio feeling accomplished, energized, and motivated to go on with their day.
Outside of The Training Fix my passions include: spending time with my husband and son, cooking , hiking, anything outdoors, power naps, road races and triathlons, buying sneakers, and watching Friends reruns.
I can’t ever imagine doing anything else with my life. The Training Fix has become such a large part of my life, and I will continue to do everything in my power to help it grow. I believe so much in what we do, and what we practice, that its impossible to not be overwhelmed with happiness every time I go to work.

Sandra is a fitness enthusiast! It was her love for exercise that encouraged her to become a certified personal trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness. She currently assists clients here at The Training Fix as well as teaches our group circuit training classes on Saturday and Tuesday mornings.
Sandra is a big believer in ‘whole person health’….connecting mind, body and spirit. “It’s a balancing act and I love helping clients step out of their comfort zone. It’s daunting to put ourselves in a vulnerable spot, but when we move through the uneasiness of it, that’s where most of our growth takes place.”
Besides exercise, Sandra enjoys her family, her friendships, and her faith. In her spare time, this Easton mother of 4 can be found cheering on her athletic family or running down Main Street.
